Background:

Doron came to RPO in 2004 after completing an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Prior to business school, he worked in several consulting roles in telecommunications, healthcare, information technology and energy services. Doron also holds an undergraduate degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

"My time with RPO has been exhilarating and full of growth - each year has brought its own challenges and rewards. When I started, I worked in the Vancouver office, where I learned the ropes on a variety of client engagements and formed strong friendships. I then returned to my home in Toronto, excited to be among the first staff in our Toronto office. I was responsible for a succession of projects with a local client and also helped design our Leadership Development Program.

Recently I led a team through a challenging engagement that tested my skills and gave me deeper insight into my strengths and blind spots. Throughout, I had strong coaching and encouragement from the senior team, and the incredible dedication of my team. In the end we delivered great results for our client. Looking forward, I hope to use my experience to deliver even more value to our clients and strengthen my leadership within the company.

My family life has been busy, too - during this time my wife and I brought two wonderful girls into the world. With all the change going on in my life, the firm has given me lots of support. While my responsibilities have not lessened, the firm leadership has been empathetic and flexible in coordinating with me on workload assignment & scheduling, and setting sustainable objectives for my career development. This way I can continue to deliver solid work for clients, grow professionally, and get the family time that I need. I think the firm has been great in making things more manageable where they can."
