The RPO candidate screening and interviewing process involves 4 distinct phases:
Phase 1: Behavioral InterviewAddress questions related to your experience, skills, and goals.
Phase 2: Case InterviewSolve one or two business problems of moderate complexity.
Phase 3: Panel InterviewDevelop analysis and recommendations for a short case. The case is roughly two-pages in length and is accompanied by a small dataset.
Phase 4: Partner InterviewDiscuss career objectives and opportunities at RPO.
