The RPO Professional Development Program (PDP) is designed to provide our consultants with a tailored learning and feedback, which includes: intensive classroom learning, on-the-job reviews, peer-based knowledge sharing, coaching from senior colleagues, and structured feedback from team members at every level. Through this comprehensive approach to learning and development, the RPO PDP provides consultants with the ongoing support to develop truly outstanding business leadership skills.
